国内外旅游“民宿”研究综述

＂民宿＂是一种提供有别于传统饭店、宾馆等的住宿体验,给游客温馨亲切的家的感觉的旅游接待设施。国内对于旅游＂民宿＂的研究逐渐成熟。文章对国内外旅游＂民宿＂研究的相关内容进行了归纳和评述。指出民宿从低端单一产品、同质化开发、个体经营、分散布点向高级且有特色的休闲产品、差异化发展、企业操作和集群布局转变的发展趋势,并提出未来国内旅游＂民宿＂的研究方向。

A review of the international and domestic researches on Minshuku

As a different tourist accommodation compared to traditional hotel,bed and breakfast has promoted the economic and social development of hospitality,and has received a lot of attentions from theoretic research. This paper studies the overseas and domestic literatures on bed and breakfast. The inadequacies in the previous works are discussed and suggestions to further research works are proposed.
