| 摘 要： | 采用Wingate无氧功率试验,对陕西师范大学体育学院10名体育教育专业不同专项的学生进行Monark894E和POWERMAX-Ⅶ自行车功率计无氧测试,通过对两种方法测定的无氧功、心率、血乳酸等指标进行对比分析,旨在确定不同受试对象可行训练的测试方法,为在体育科研及实际应用中提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | By using the Wingate anaerobic power experiment and different bicycle ergometers to test 10 students＇ anaerobic capacity from different specialties of physical education major in Shaanxi Normal University, this paper comparatively analyzes the indexes of anaerobic power, heart rate, and blood lactic acid, aimed to define a feasible method to test the different testee in trainings in order to provide some scientific references for scientific researches and sports practice. |
