| 摘 要： | 传统的体育训练教学过程中存在一些不可忽视的问题,只有直面这些不足,根据学生的个性和特点进行全方位的"私人定制"式的高校体育训练改革,才能为社会输送更多的高素质人才。通过对高校当前体育训练现状的分析,不难看到传统的高校体育教学模式不能适应社会对于人才的需求,探讨"私人定制"式改革思路势在必行。
