| Abstract: | Polytechnic Institutes are confronted with many difficulties and problems,of which human resources management is dominant one.This paper argues that ideas of human resources management must be changed and measures are taken in terms d post management,pedormance appraisal,allowances allocation and personnel training in order to efficiently use human re- sources,maximize the enthusiasm of the majority of teaching and administrative staff and form a great cohesion. |
