| 摘 要： | 民国北京政府时期，徐树铮组建西北筹边使署，并击败政敌陈毅。组建西北边防军，图谋在内外蒙古扩张地盘。直皖战争中，徐树铮的嫡系军力遭到毁灭性打击，而在外蒙的军队也遭到当地蒙古驻军的冲击而遭灭顶。西北筹边使和徐树铮的“西北梦”也就成为明日黄花。学术界就此问题已有相当关注，但尚有进一步研究的必要。

| Abstract: | During the period of Beijing government in the Republic of China, Xu Shuzheng organized and established Northwest Frontier Department. He defeated his political rival Chen Yi and established Northwest frontier force with the intention of expanding his ruling territory in both inner and outer Mongolia. In Zhi - Wan war between warlords of Zhi and Wan factions, Xu Shuzheng＇ s troops under his direct control were attacked destructively and his troops in outer Mongolia were destroyed by the local Mongolian troops. As a result, Northwest Frontier Ofricer and Xu Shuzheng＇ s ＂Northwest Dream＂ became disillusion. The academic field has paid considerable attention to such an issue, but it needs further research. |
