| Abstract: | The economics based on knowledge have been promoting the development of the theory of the intelligent capital management.In this paper,the intelligent capital management is introduced to the construction of the teachership in the universities.The application method of the theory to the construction of the teachership in the universities is discussed in this paper by the necessity and feasibility of the application. |
