| 摘 要： | 我国正处于社会主义现代化建设的快速发展时期，探索城中村开展民族生态旅游可持续发展新模式，成为关乎国家发展战略全局的重要课题，具有重要的理论研究和实际意义。以广西桂林鲁家村为个案研究，在总结城中村改造经验的基础上，进行有益探索，这是未来城市发展的方向，可以促进国家的发展和建设。

| Abstract: | Our country is in a period of rapid development of the socialist modernization drive. Exploring the new model of carrying out the sustainable development of eco-tourism in the urban farmer communities, thetop priority relating to the overall national development, is of theoretical and practical significance. Based on the summary of the experience in the transformation of urban farmer communities and taking Lujia Village of Guilin as an example, the paper explores this issue. It is the inevitable trend of the future urban development, which can promote the development and construction of the country. |
