| Abstract: | In this particle the author attempts to analyze the legal philosophy of theories , and find the central elements of ought-to-be and to-be in the legal philosophy. Then the author will point out the trouble of the each one, It is the limited scope of norms. After that, the analysis of the theories will help us resolve all these troubles. |
