师范生“志趣与习惯”调查与思考

摘    要:从教志趣和学习习惯是师范生将来成为合格教师的基本保证。通过对师范生从教志趣和学习习惯的抽样调查发现,从教意愿不强、学习目标不明确、学习的功利化趋势以及学习行为习惯不良、学习态度不端正是当前师范生存在的主要问题。需要加强师范生的职业生涯规划教育,树立师范生坚定的教育信念;健全学习管理制度,充分发挥辅导员的管理作用,促进师范生良好学习习惯的养成。

Abstract:Professional aspirations and learning habits are basic guarantees of teacher-training students to become qualified teachers in future.In order to analyze the current situation of professional aspirations and learning habits about teacher-training students,some students of Huaibei Normal University are investigated.The study results show that the poor professional wish,uncertain learning objectives,utilitarian trend of learning,bad learning habits and uncorrect learning attitudes are key problems in teacher-training students.So,the career planning education for them should be implemented to enhance their firm education belief,and a perfect learning management institution should be built and implemented to form teacher-training students' good learning habits.
