| 摘 要： | 教育家型校长不仅是一种身份标榜,更是需要在实践中践行的职责要求。本文分析了教育家型校长的角色定位,认为教育家型校长应是学生道德观的塑造者、学生学业成就的推动者、课程体系的设计者、教学实践活动的指导者、教师专业发展的引领者和家庭教育与学校教育的联结者。对于教育家型校长的培养,应运用系统思维,完善科学的选拔制度,构建高效的培训机制,建立科学的评价体系,积极促进教育家型校长的专业成长。
