| Abstract: | The very essence of the feminine orientation of The Violet is its feminine narrative shadowed by masculine power and the spontaneous awakening of feminine consciousness, the establishment of which is closely related with the commercial culture and the general motif of fashion journals. Besides, this paper offers a further analysis of the cultural connotations and social significance demonstrated in the fashion-journal-based literature concerning feminine issues in modern context. |
