档案管理在大学生就业中存在的问题及对策

高校学生档案是大学生在校期间的生活、学习及各种社会实践的真实历史记录。目前高校学生档案主要存在着内容不全、造假现象、管理方式落后等问题,针对这些问题提出了修改、补充高校学生档案归档范围,并注意及时收集材料,加强对高校学生的档案意识教育,尽快实现学生档案的计算机管理。

The Problems and Tactics of College Student File Management in Getting Employment

The university student file is the real historic record of the students on life,study and each kind of social practice in the period of college.At present there are still quite a few defects and shortcomings in the student file such as lacking content,making false incident,bad management and so on.In my view,I propose that we should revise,supplement the scope of university student file,promptly collect the dossier and strengthen the file education for university students to realize computer management of the student file as soon as possible.
