| 摘 要： | 通过在学院公体课中进行“运动教育”模式实验研究,发现该模式不仅能够调动学生参加体育活动的积极性,提高学生的身体素质和运动技能,还对培养学生终身体育的观念、习惯具有良好的效果,值得高校体育课教学借鉴.

| Abstract: | By using Sports Education Model in the public P.E.in our university,It is found that this model can not only promote the students enthusiasm for P.E.activities and improve their health and sports spirits but also have good effects on developing their lifelong P.E.ideas and habits.The model is worth using and referring to for physical education in the university. |
