| 摘 要： | 本文运用问卷调查法、数理统计法和比较研究法对福建省（福州、厦门、三明）三城市体育人口的生活方式中的平均每周工作时间、日常生活中，平均每天步行的时间（只累计每天持续10分钟以上的步行）、平均每天坐姿活动的累计时间、吸烟状况以及闲暇时间主要活动情况进行研究，结果显示福建省三城市体育人口在闲暇活动的安排上基本上形成体育生活化，体育锻炼真正成为内在的需求。

| Abstract: | By means of questionnaire,mathematic statistics,and comparative research,the following aspects of the living style of the sports population in the three cities (Fuzhou,Xiamen,and Sanming in Fujian Province) have been surveyed:average weekly work hours,the average accumulative total of daily walk (only covering walks that last more than 10 minutes),the average accumulative total of sitting,smoking,and leisure time.
