| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了高职经管类专业＂订单式＂人才培养模式改革的基本情况,总结出了＂双向选择,联合培养,灵活组班、课程嵌入、平行推进＂的组织实施模式与运行机制,分析了订单培养的特点,对深化高职经管类专业订单培养提出了几点思考。

| Abstract: | The article introduces the actual procedure of ETO（education to order） in economics and management specialty of higher vocational education.It summarizes the organization pattern and operational mechanism of two-way choice,cooperation education,nimble-classes establishment,curriculum inserting,parallel advancement.It analyses the characteristic of ETO and proposes several ponders on ETO in economics and management specialty in higher vocational education. |
