试述中央苏区“法治教育”的实践经验与启示

中央苏区时期,以毛泽东同志为代表的中国共产党人开展了卓有成效的苏区教育,形成了一些中央苏区"法治教育"的经验,主要体现在:一是通过立法,确立一整套完备的教育体系;二是颁布法律,保障红军和工农群众受教育的权利;三是制定法律法规,规范教育的管理制度;四是实施《优待条例》,提高教师的待遇和地位。重温中央苏区"法治教育",旨在从中得到启示,真正从行动上落实中央提出的"依法治教"和"科教兴国"的战略,完成历史赋予我们的使命。

Discussion on the Experience and the Apocalypse of Central Soviet Area "The Rule of Law Education"

During the Central Soviet period, the Chinese Communist Party represented by comrade Mao Ze-dong developped fruitful education of Soviet area education and obtained some excellent experiences of "Rule of Law Education" of Central Soviet areas. They embodied: (1) passing the lawmaking to establish one whole set of complete education system; (2) promulgating the law to guarantee the Red Army,working classes and peasants of the educational right; (3) constituting the laws to standardize the educational management system; (4) implementing "the regulation of the privilege" to improve the treatment and the social position of the teacher. From "rule of law education" of Soviet areas, some apocalypses can be obtained. The strategies of "education guided by law" and "scientific education makes a country strong" which were put forward by the Central must be carried out strictly.
