| 摘 要： | 近年来,检察机关各项改革进行得如火如荼,对检察事业发展起到非常有力的推动作用。但有些改革或试验偏离检察权行使的人民性及公信力,影响着检察事业的科学发展,有必要重新审视与反思检察改革的方向和价值取向,并予以调试与拨正。
