| 摘 要： | 党风康政建设是新时期党的建设的关键，党的建设中的康洁问题、凝聚力问题和吸引力问题，归根结底就是一个党风廉政建设问题；官僚主义、形式主义、命令主义是党风廉政建设中的祸害；而加强思想教育、制度建设、法制建设是搞好党风廉政建设的有效途径。
