| 摘 要： | 计算机普及大大提高了社会的文明程度。但与之相伴随的计算机犯罪也在一定程度上给国家安全和社会稳定造成了极大威胁。文章从计算机犯罪的概念,特点、主要动向、结合我国针对计算机犯罪立法情况,提出了一些建议。
