当今世界,教育与政治、经济、社会等方面融为一体,校内外复杂多变的环境构成多维互动的交往网络。处于学校中心位置的校长必须是个沟通专家,善于选择沟通策略,讲究沟通方式,拓宽沟通的渠道,充分利用校内外资源有形和无形资源,巧妙组合成方阵,为我调用。

On Modern President's Communication Strategies

Nowadays,the education blends with politics,economy and society.The complicated and volatile environments both on and outside campus forms a diversified network of interaction.The president,presiding over the school,should be an expert in communication,good at choosing communication strategies,caring much about communication methods,broadening communication channels,making full use of tangible and invisible resources both in and outside school,and integrating it into a phalanx and useing them flexibly.
