| 摘 要： | 在对上海交通大学分析测试中心技术队伍的现状做了充分分析的基础上,找出存在的问题和关键点,提出建设青年人才队伍的必要性和建设方法,从加强分析测试能力和提升科研水平等方面提出了一些见解,同时也在政策扶持方面做了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | Based on the sufficient analysis to the technician team in the Instrumental Analysis Center(IAC) of Shanghai Jiaotong University,some existing problems are found.Our views not only on the improvement of analytic testing skills in science rand key points for the necessity and the methods of the of young teaching-team construction,but also on an exploration of the relevant policies are put forward. |
