建设多层次、专业化的仪器设备管理队伍充分利用中心建设资源

工程训练中心作为全校学生实践教学、创新活动的重要基地,得到了世行贷款、985工程等国家资金项目的重点支持,累计投资3 000多万,仪器设备3 000多套。如何管理好、维护好、利用好、最大限度地发挥出工程训练中心建设资源,培养出对国家有用人才,是工程训练中心建设必须解决好的课题。北京理工大学工程训练中心分别在仪器设备管理队伍建设、仪器设备维护维修思想和仪器设备管理维护制度,以及仪器设备功能开发和建设资源共享等方面进行了一些有益的探索和实践,取得了一些成绩和经验。
