| 摘 要： | 现代排球比赛需要的是在各位置上均能够扣球的全面型进攻手。本文通过对四号位扣拉开球,三号位扣快球、后排扣球这三种扣球技术的运动学比较研究,揭示三种扣球技术的共同特征和不同特征,并通过优秀者和较差者的比较,找出较差者的主要差距,为培养全面型进攻手的教学与训练提供理论依据。
