电大远程开放教育课程网络教学模式构想

利用网络学习是电大开放教育的主要学习形式,电大的网络教学应该是利用现代传播手段的教学性的目的,即基于现代信息技术和网络技术的教学,实现教学条件的普及,并以此为盟市县电大提供良好的学习支持服务。应采用既简便易行,又科学合理的适合电大开放教育特色和学员特点的网络教学模式。
