论体验式教学在高职人力资源管理专业中的应用

摘    要:人力资源管理作为一门研究人力资源吸收、选拔以及使用等相关内容的学科,具有极强的实践性、操作性和权变性。与传统教学方法相比,体验式教学方法在实际应用中有明显竞争优势。本文以体验式教学对人力资源管理教学的必要性为出发点,依据多年的工作经验,对体验式教学方法在高职人力资源管理专业中的应用模式以及在实践教学应用中还有待提高的地方都进行了深入的论述。

Abstract:Human resources management has practical nature,operable nature and flexibility as a science of studying human resource absorption,selection and the use.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the experiential teaching method has obvious competitive advantages in the practical application.The necessity of the experiential teaching on the teaching of human resource management as a starting point,according to many years of working experience,the experience type teaching method in the human resource management in vocational college application mode as well as in the teaching practice needs to be improved place are discussed.
