| 摘 要： | ２１世纪，随着世界技术革命的推进和我国现代化建设的蓬勃发展，文献信息资源与情报技术及其各级各类图书馆事业所面临的国际国内环境都发生了巨大变化，信息化和经济社会的发展将大力推进终身教育，建立起学习化社会。不仅给高职院校图书馆事业提供了良好的发展机遇与广阔的发展空间，而且对图书馆的性质与功能提出了严峻的挑战，图书馆业务人员必须迅速提高自身综合素质，适应新形势的需要。

The development of the information and economical society will improve the lifelong education and build up a study society It'll not only give a good chance to the libraries of the higher professional institutes, but also give a challenge to the features and functions of the libraries. The librarians should improve their qualities to meet the requirements of the new situation. |
