我国西部远程开放教育质量保证的实现条件探析

以中国西部为背景、以电大系统实施的远程开放教育的实践为对象，针对西部远程开放教育质量保证所面临的各种难题，提出了实现质量保证的基本认识路线。从西部远程开放教育的特性入手，分析了质量保证体系实现的先决条件。理想与现实、稳定性与灵活性、一致性和多样化、共性与个性有机统一的质量保证体系是西部远程开放教育得以健康、持续发展的关键所在。
