| 摘 要： | 馆际互借补贴是图书馆帮助读者获得非本馆收藏文献的重要的支持手段，许多国家推出了政府投入的馆际互借支持项目，而图书馆也有自己的馆际互借补贴计划。在充分利用国家投入的馆际互借项目的基础上，建立起图书馆自己的馆际互借政策，有利于全面保障读者使用文献资源。以清华大学图书馆馆际互借补贴政策的完善过程为例，诠释这一思想，希望对其他图书馆有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Interlibrary loan allowance is an important supporting method for the patrons to obtain the document which is not held by the patron’s own library.Many states support the interlibrary loan projects and the libraries have their own interlibrary loan allowance policies.Upon the national wide projects,libraries should construct their own interlibrary loan allowance policies to guarantee the documents for the patrons’ study and research.The experience of Tsinghua University Library shows its interlibrary loan allowance policy is efficacious and feasible. |
