基于Web资源的组织知识服务研究

指出当前Web已成为大量组织获取知识的重要来源，如何结合组织中知识工作者的任务和问题等业务情境，从海量的Web资源中获取知识并为知识工作者提供适时恰当的知识服务，成为一个重要的课题。从知识服务理念出发，在阐述组织知识服务含义与特点的基础上，分析利用Web资源为组织提供知识服务的需求，构建包括运行时阶段和构建时阶段的基于Web资源的组织知识服务实现流程。在此基础上，建立基于Web资源的组织知识服务系统，并通过具体实例说明其应用与效果。

Organization Knowledge Service Using Web Resources

Now,the Web has become an important source of knowledge for many organizations.How to acquire knowledge from huge Web resources and provide the appropriate knowledge service to knowledge workers combined with their context,such as their ongoing tasks,solving problems,etc.,has become a key problem faced by a large number of organizations.From the philosophy of knowledge service,the concept and characteristics of organization knowledge service are described,requirements for an organization providing the Knowledge Service Using Web Resources(KSUWR) are analyzed,and the run time step and build time step integrated implementation process of organization KSUWR is proposed.Based on these,the architecture for the organization KSUWR system is put forward,and an example is given for illustrating its application and effectiveness.
