中国政府机构微博现状研究

对新浪微博上的中国政府机构微博的发展现状进行探索性研究。研究发现，截至2011年4月19日，已有1 917个认证的政府机构微博在新浪微博上开通，其中公安微博数量占政府部门微博比重最大。研究表明，各级政府部门已意识到微博的重要性，纷纷开通机构微博，但目前我国政府机构微博仍存在分布不均、互动不足、可持续性差等问题。新浪微博对政府机构微博的管理也存在缺陷和漏洞。针对上述问题，提出相应的对策建议。

Status of Government Institutional Microblogs in China

This paper conducts an exploratory research on government institutions’ microblogs(GIMs) in China opened on Sina Weibo,finds that 1 917 GIMs have been opened on Sina Weibo by April 19,2011.Microblogs of police department are the most active among all GIMs.The study also finds that many Chinese government institutions have realized the significance of employing microblogs in government,and start to actively open official microblogs to interact with netizens.However,there still exist some problems with Chinese GIMs,such as imbalanced distributions,inadequate interactions and poor sustainability.Besides,Sina Weibo’s classification and management of GIMs also have some defects.This paper provides some suggestions for improving GIMs in China.
