模糊法优化ClimateQUALTM组织氛围评价法研究

摘    要:介绍美国马里兰大学图书馆等创建的图书馆组织氛围评估方法体系——ClimateQUALTM,针对其调查数据的后期处理方面存在的问题,提出将模糊层次评价法引入ClimateQUALTM评估方法的后期数据处理和统计分析,并进行实例验证,以进一步完善和优化这一评价方法体系。

Abstract:ClimateQUALTM is the latest library organizational climate and diversity assessment tool that was developed by the University of Maryland Libraries in partnership with the UM Department of industrial and organizational psychology in 1999. In 2008 the Association of Research Libraries took part in program on testing and refinement of OCDA survey protocol,then generally survery framework and protocol for library has been established. But the post-processing of survey data analyze only simple in use of the mean value and agree with the ratio of the commercial evaluation, not intuitive enough to represent the proportion of each attitude grade at different scales. It can’t reflect the specific situation of each level scientificly and accurately. This paper innovative proposal to introduce mathematical fuzzy evaluation methods into the post-survey data processing of the ClimateQUALTM is to optimize this evaluation system.
