农村社区教育的课程开发和资源利用

农村社区教育的课程开发要结合农民需要和地方实际,讲求实用性、科学性、实践性,重在提高农民的技术操作水平。要建立社区内外的课程评价机制,各类学校资源应尽量向社区开放,实现共享。同时,要调动各方力量投资兴办社区教育,充分发挥现代信息技术的优势,强化政府统筹、协调作用,并着力构建以兼职人员和志愿者为主体的社区教育师资队伍。
