| 摘 要： | 缺血再灌注损伤后的恢复是比较复杂而缓慢的过程,它对心肌梗死、中风、器官移植和心血管手术等有着重要的影响因素,缺血再灌注损伤主要发生在白细胞-内皮细胞的相互作用、钙超载、氧自由基的反应和补体系统等方面。文章综述对缺血再灌注损伤的研究进展提供新的思路和治疗手段,从而对病人的治疗取得更好的效果。 |

The Progress of the Research on Ischemia Re-perfusion Injury |

| Abstract: | It’s a complex and slow process to recovery after ischemia-re-perfusion injury.It has an important impact factor on myocardial infarction,stroke,organ transplantation and cardiovascular surgery.The ischemia-re-perfusion injury was mainly occurred in the white blood cells-the interaction of the endothelial cells,calcium overload,the reaction of oxygen free radicals,the complement system and so on.In this review the progress of ischemia-re-perfusion injury provides new ideas and treatment to obtain better results for the patient＇s treatment. |
