| Abstract: | The key of bilingual teaching lies in teachers. Based on an analysis of present problems of bilingual teachers, this paper discusses three principles of strengthening the training of bilingual teachers. They are principle of localization,principle of diversity and principle of specialty-oriented teaching. It also puts forwards solutions to the problem of lacking bilingual teachers as well as strategies to build up a bilingual teaching body through school-based training and in-service training two ways. |
