浅论双语师资的现状与培养

摘    要:双语教学的关键是师资。加强双语师资培养应遵循三个原则:本土化原则、多样化原则和学科教学主体原则。同时要从院校培养和在职培训两个方面解决双语师资短缺及加强双语师资队伍建设问题。

Abstract:The key of bilingual teaching lies in teachers. Based on an analysis of present problems of bilingual teachers, this paper discusses three principles of strengthening the training of bilingual teachers. They are principle of localization,principle of diversity and principle of specialty-oriented teaching. It also puts forwards solutions to the problem of lacking bilingual teachers as well as strategies to build up a bilingual teaching body through school-based training and in-service training two ways.
