| 摘 要： | 思想政治教育是依据人们的思想活动规律进行的一项育人的工作，而人的思想活动规律又受制于人的心理活动规律，因此，要提高思想政治教育的科学性、实效性，不仅要掌握思想政治教育的规律，更要掌握人的心理活动规律。

| Abstract: | Ideological-political education is a piece of educational work on the basis of the laws governing people's thinking. And the laws of people's psychological activities condition such laws. Therefore,to achieve a scientific and effective improvement of the ideological-political education,one has to master not only the laws governing ideological-political education but also the laws governing people's psychological activities. |
