当前园区模式的基本特征、主要类型和发展趋势

园区模式已发展成为国家、地区进入wTo后培育战略产业，获取企业竞争优势的重要途径之一，国家、地区寻求经济快速发展、实现产业升级的突破点和抓手。本文认为园区模式具有地域集聚性、知识密集性、投资风险性、发展创新性的基本特征，由此，分析了我国各类经济开发区中与中心城市功能发展密切的科教园区(高新技术区)、工业园区(经济技术开发区)和贸易园区(保税区)发展现状，探讨新的形势下我国园区模式的发展趋势。

Basic Characteristics,Main Types and Development Trend of Various Parks at Present Time

Parks mode has become one of important paths for the nation and regions to cultivate strategic industry and obtain competitive advantage after the entrance to WTO. They have also become the breakthrough point and handhold for the nation and regions to pursuit rapid economic development and upgrade industries. The park mode has characteristics,like regional convergence,knowledge compression,investment risk,development innovation and so on. It analyzes the development situation of various kinds of economic development park,like science and education park (new high tech park),industry park (economic and technical park),and trade park (tax free park),and probes into the development trend of all park modes under the new situation.
