| 摘 要： | 社会成员因各种因素会处于高低不同的层次上,从而形成不同的社会分层。教育在促进社会合理分层中发挥着重要的功能。然而研究表明,伴随着高等教育大众化,我国高等教育的社会分层功能却趋向弱化。本文分析了其功能弱化的原因并提出了相应的解决对策。
