| 摘 要： | 本文分析大学评价中线性加权的不足,利用效用理论,以院士人数指标为例,把指标中人数得分改进为效用得分,用边际效用递减规律推导出非线性的效用函数。在此基础上,考虑规模效益,进一步引入阻滞增长(Logistic)模型。
