| 摘 要： | 工程教育的责任是为国家的经济和产业发展提供大量创新工程人才。对于这样一个复杂的巨系统,只有应用系统工程和控制论的方法来加以分析、综合,才能不断改进完善、达到目标。本文应用控制论的思想,建立工程教育系统的宏观控制模型,并从此出发,讨论工程教育的培养目标和评估体系两个关系到工程人才培养质量的重大理论和实践问题,以期为工程教育改革战略的制定提供坚实的理论基础。
