Abstract:This paper studies how to motivate teachers who in charge of the college Chinese lesson in science and engineer universities to reorganize their lesson. Meanwhile, the paper analyzes the importance of classic text and the activeness of teacher’s, then indicates that teachers should reorganize the lesson from one unit to a whole area so that they can bring out a totally new lesson with large amounts of information and emotional appeal.
