对当前高校德育工作及创新对策的思考

从三个方面分析了当前高校德育工作存在的问题,即偏重理论学习,忽视实践教育,忽视学生的主体作用;教学方法单一化,教学内容缺乏针对性和实效性;教育观念不能适应新形势的发展变化。指出这些问题的存在导致高校德育工作缺乏生命力和吸引力,并从高校德育教育观念、教育方法和教学内容的角度出发,提出了创新对策。

University''''s Moral Education and Innovation at Present

Three aspects of the existing problems in current university's moral education are analyzed,those are: The imbalance theoretical study,i.e.,neglecting practice education and neglecting student's function as main body;The teaching method is simple,the content of course lacks pertinence and efficiency;The education idea could not adapt the development of the new situation.These problems cause the university's moral education to lack vitality and attraction.Proceeding from the angles of the idea of university's moral education,education method and content of courses,the innovation countermeasures are put forward.
