中国优秀女子运动员推铅球速度特征发现与分析

以１２名专项成绩在１７．３６ｍ以上采用背向滑步推铅球技术的中国优秀女子运动员为研究对象，采用高速摄影与影片解析等方法，研究分析运动员推铅球技术的身体重心与铅球速度及其关系变化特征。研究结果表明：滑步结束时铅球运动速度存在一个适宜区段；运动员最后用力发力时间是在最后用力阶段之前；全程推球中铅球速度有两个较大起伏，而不是不断加速等。研究结果有助于教练员、运动员正确认识推铅球技术。

ANALYSIS OF VELOCITY FEATURES OF SHOT PUTTING IN ELITE FEMALE SHOT PUTTERS OF CHINA

By methods of high speed photography and film analysis, the present study discusses the relationship between center of gravity and shot velocity in 12 elite female shot putters of China whose marks are over 17.36 m adopting the skill of reverse sliding shot-putting. Results are followings: shot velocity tends to be steady in acertain range at the end of shot putter's slide;shot putter makes a final putting with effort in advance of the final phase; shot velocity appears two undulations instead of the continuous acceleration during the full distance.The paper is helpful to under standing the skill of shot putting properly .
