| 摘 要： | 因为市场经济的飞速发展和经济全球化的必然趋势,我国的企业发展存在很大的挑战,最突出的是经济管理,因为它对于一个企业,一个国家有着重要的意义,没有经济就没有任何基础认清现在的现状,努力去改变,维持企业的正确发展方向,走新型发展道路。通过认真的解析管理的方法和途径,改进不足的,吸取外国先进管理方法,并吸收大量管理人才。
