新课程与教学改革确立了知识、技能,过程、方法,以及情感、态度、价值观三位一体的课程与教学目标。由于人们对三维目标的设计和操作缺乏理论指导和实践经验,在实施层面上便出现了教学目标的虚化现象。对课程资源的开发和利用缺乏有效把握的经验,导致了教学内容的泛化现象。这些现象会直接影响教学质量,影响学生主体性的发挥。要重视教学方式多样化,克服教学过程形式化。

Achievements and Problem Reflection of the New Curriculum Teaching Reform

The new curriculum and teaching reform have established the three dimensional goal of knowledge and skill, process and method, emotion, attitude and values. However, for lack of adequate theoretical instruction and practical experience of the design and operation about the goals, there appears the emptiness of the goals in implementation. At the same time , being short of effective experience of the exploration and utilization of curriculum resources, there appears the generalization on teaching contents. The above phenomena will directly affect the teaching quality and students' subjectivity. It is required that we pay more attention to the variety of teaching methods and overcome formalism in teaching process.
