| 摘 要： | 辩诉交易制度是英美法系国家的一项重要的法律制度，但它是生存在特定的法制环境下的。在我国积极进行司法体制改革的今天应如何面对这一制度，本文将从辩诉交易的概念、功能等方面简要阐述辩诉交易与我国司法公正的关系。

On Plea Bargaining and Judicial Justice |

| Abstract: | Plea bargaining system is juristically essential in countries adopting common law legal family, and it depends upon some given jural environments. This article elucidates the relationship between the plea bargaining and judicial justice in our country by illustrating the definitions and functions of the plea bargaining. Furthermore, this article discusses whether it should be introduced into our law family. |
