《国外医学》系列期刊存在的问题与对策

探讨新世纪知识经济、信息时代的来临及我国加入WTO后《国外医学》系列期刊面临的问题：知识产权的争端、管理模式的束缚、科技期刊评价系统的压力等。提出了应当采取的对策：国家在宏观管理上要给足政策、寻求适合自身发展的经营管理模式、重构期刊内涵、加快编辑出版现代化、加强期刊队伍建设，走出低谷，致力于阶段发展与不断发展。

Serial journals of Foreign Medicine: problems and countermeasures

Some problems facing the serial journals of Foreign Medicine, such as the disputes in intellectual properties, the limitations of current administration methods and the pressure from the present journal evaluation systems, are analyzed. The countermeasures raised by the authors are: the government departments concerned should adopt new policies on the journal publishing, and on the other hand, the journal publishers must look for the new roads for development, speed up the digitalization of the journals, increase the editors' capability, and finally but not least importantly, resolve the problems related to copyrights.
