| Abstract: | In order to meet the challege of WTO, civilian run colleges and universities should further relealize the re liberation of their education thought and thought of running schools; develop themselves by actively and safely introducing foreign funds and drawing support from foreign forces; regulate specility structure and developing direction; study and master the playing rules of WTO. |
