| 摘 要： | 针对目前社会体育指导员力量的现状,分析了我国与发达国家在这方面的差距,根据原国家体委颁布的（社会体育指导员技术等级制度）,提出了将培训社会体育指导员与高校体育教学相结合的设想,认为此举既可加强对大学生体育能力的培养,又可解决我国社会体育指导员严重缺乏这一难题,并简介我校在这方面所做的尝试。
