| 摘 要： | 石油是不可再生的重要战略资源,是中国国民经济持续发展的基础。近年来,随着经济的不断发展,中国的石油需求量也逐年攀升。进口石油或者修建管道,都只是解决问题的一个方面、一种手段。我们万万不能忽视解决问题的另一个方面,即节油和寻求新能源。研究开发先进的节油和替代燃料技术,同时及时引进世界先进的节油技术,提高国人对石油的忧患意识,开源节流显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | Petroleum,the important irregenerative strategic resource,is the base for sustainable development of China's national economy.During the past years,with the development of national economy,China's demand for petroleum is increasing year by year.Importing petroleum or building pipes is just only one means to solve the problem.We can't overlook another way to solve the problem,saving oil and seeking for new energy.It is of great significance for us to research and develop new techniques to save oil and seek for alternative fuels,import advanced techniques to save oil from the other countries and increasing people's awareness for petroleum shortage. |
