| 摘 要： | 自从1996年开始在亚特兰大奥运会上设立临时仲裁机构以来,到目前为止国际体育仲裁院一共设立了6个临时仲裁机构,解决了50多件争议,其有关争议裁决的发展趋势为:奥运会仲裁程序的发展越来越完善,兴奋剂争议裁决数量停滞不前,参赛资格问题逐渐成为主要的争议,与比赛结果有关的裁决数量上升迅速,其他的争议(譬如商业争议、救济程序争议以及奥运会的奖牌争议等)零星出现。

| Abstract: | Since the establishment of the first Olympic Games ad hoc division in 1996,up to now,CAS has established six ad hoc divisions and settled more than 50 disputes.It has been found that the arbiral procedure is becoming more and more perfect the number of doping-related cases remained almost still,the eligibility-related cases are becoming the main disputes,the disputes arousing out of matech results grew rapidly,etc. |
